The Context
This language school of 10,000+ students had been undergoing a serious decrease in retention rates—up to 23.8% for the year 2018 with very low student satisfaction.
After insightful analysis, Pro.Ed quickly defined the main cause of the students' low satisfaction, which was the learning contents and teaching methodology. A detailed proposal on how to enhance the learning textbook and teacher training was designed and executed in the next 6 months.
